Although not deeply religious myself, there is something that evokes serenity when you view a steeple. Beautiful shots dear friend. (Hugs)Indigo
In the first photograph you certainly make me walk the path slowly to the focus of the picture.
I almost hold my breath as I imagine my feet placed on every stone while my eyes are firmly fixed on the building that seems to command the whole scene.
This is not only a well balanced photograph, it is a great experience.
