Feedback Please

(The above photo that I took, somehow makes me think of "Having Hope")

Hello gang.

For my photos to upload to blogger, I'm thinking of switching from Picasa to either Flickr or Photobucket.

Please leave a comment and let me know your choice... and thoughts.

Thanks a bunch!!

I use photobucket. Mostly because it's quite user-friendly and I've never had a single issue with it.

Hope that helps! :)

I love the photo! The colors and the definition of the rays are so inspiring --- hopeful!

I use flickr, when I get around to posting photos. I don't find it to be the easiest thing to use, but I haven't used the others to compare it to. I'll follow up to see what other comments you get.

I use photobucket most of the time. And you can link from picnik to photobucket which is so neat.

Hi Nancy, I've just come over from Maries', I saw your comment in her last entry about adding large pics. In answer to the question you put here I think the answer would be Photobucket! I had to change my journal layout to a whole page width with the side bar at the bottom as my photos go on full page from P'bucket. It's so easy to use too, all you have to do is copy the link from the second code under the photo and paste it into the righthand side box on your Add images window on Blogger. It loads five photos in ten seconds so it's fast too! The photos look good too, have a look at mine and you'll see why I use it! I love your sky shot too! I use photobucket for posting in forums, Picasa to upload to blogger, and Flickr for sharing my high resolution pictures. So I guess I'm no help at all :)

Your picture is really pretty and peaceful. I usually put pics up right from Blogger but if it doesn't work for some unknown reason I have to put them in Photobucket and go from there. What a process!! If you find an easy way let me know :)..........

My computer is so photo-UNfriendly, you know. I use Picasa for editing lately...and store photos on my computer. Never looked at photobucket or flickr. and I know that I'm no help at all.

This photo is simply GORGEOUS, Nance. Stunning. Breathtaking!!!!!

Love you!! Phinney

Beautiful photo Nancy! I have a photobucket account and also picassa, but I normally just upload right from the old PC.

I've never used Flickr, and have found in 2 years of using Photobucket to have had no problems what so ever. (Hugs)Indigo

I can also see hope in the photo. Light is peering into the edge of darkness.

First of all.... That photo is amazing. Absolutely heavenly. And yes, speaks volumes about Hope.

I myself use photobucket or simply upload from my pc. Of course, I haven't exactly had a lot of experience with either on on Blogger. I'm such a slacker these days.

Beuatiful photo Nancy and yes, it is inspiring. Glad to read the feedback to your question as I have been pondering this also. Right now I have a PhotoBucket accound which has never given me any problems as well as a Picassa account. However, being a novice on this new format, I have just been uploading straight form the PC to the post I have been working on.

Hi, Nancy, I agree this photo makes me think of hope too! Rays of Hope!!! I use photobucket and don't seem to have a problem..seems pretty easy....but I haven't used the other sites yet so maybe I'm not the best source for advice...:) I resize my photos to webpage size before posting using microsoft picture manager and they still turn out pretty nicely sized when I use photobucket.....

I wish I could help out. I haven't done anything with Blogger yet that has caused any issues with photos, so I'm going to just use their hosting for now....Its only one blog. For Photo Trek, I'm using paid storage through GoDaddy, and that is working without a hitch.

I'm just now starting to find all my fellow bloggers out there, as life has started to calm down a bit.
